The Fathom Model
Once decided, the guest and interviewer discuss the topic at hand, uncovering its intellectual obstacles to generate key questions for their resolution. These questions are presented during the interview with clarity and precision to guide the conversation.

Once received, the guest publishes the interview on their university and professional platforms for access by their pupils. Concurrently, the interview is disseminated across Fathom’s platforms so the most fundamental concepts of the topic discussed are conquered by all those interested in their comprehension.
After solidifying the key questions, the interview will patiently introduce them to investigate, digest, and resolve the topic, clarifying previously complex sticking points to enhance student comprehension. A Fathom representative records, edits, and processes the interview for presentation to the guest.

Partnering with the Fathom interviewer, the guest lecturer evaluates which topic is most deserving of a Fathom interview based on a matrix of student performance, the topic’s importance in curriculum, and the guest’s passion for the subject.
